Responsibilities
- Develop predictive scenario models for 2026-2030 market disruptions using proprietary TrendSynthesis AI
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Produce quarterly Horizon Briefs identifying emerging threats/opportunities in exponential tech sectors
- Design ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI and biometric integration systems
- Maintain proprietary FutureTech Radar tracking 200+ emerging technologies across 12 verticals
- Present strategic roadmaps at executive retreats including Davos and CES Innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists in probabilistic forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years strategy consulting
- Published white papers on exponential technology adoption patterns (peer-reviewed journals)
- Expertise in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Loops, Delphi Method)
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and network analysis tools
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption preparedness
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and synthetic biology trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from Association of Professional Futurists
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
