- Produce annual 'Future State' reports synthesizing global trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
