Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for clients in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable strategic initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership pieces published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions for emerging challenges
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing trend-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/SCF preferred)
