Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities and disruption scenarios
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for leadership teams
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms and future-proofing methodologies
- Oversee implementation of pilot projects validating future-focused concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
