Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-facing product concepts
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts affecting digital transformation
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or Web3 ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into business strategies
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
