Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop scenario-based foresight models for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future trends into actionable roadmaps
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and industry summits
- Build and manage a global network of 200+ futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Oversee implementation of future-proofing strategies for client portfolios
- Represent company at World Economic Forum and OECD technology policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Proven track record of influencing billion-dollar corporate strategy decisions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in foresight mapping tools
- Fluency in 3+ languages with experience in multicultural stakeholder management
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ future-shaping projects implemented at scale
