- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Collaborate with R&D to identify and validate breakthrough opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Quantify future market risks and opportunities through data-driven modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
