- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready strategies
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and strategic roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for proprietary research
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and analytical rigor
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of delivering trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like STEEP analysis and Delphi method
