Responsibilities

- Create predictive models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Design scenario planning frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visual narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to market validation
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists and industry experts
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with actionable strategic insights
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Track record of implementing successful innovation strategies
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder management
