Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026 market disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives on future technology adoption
- Identify and analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Design innovation pipelines translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in future technology or innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
