- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI adoption and quantum computing integration
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their business models
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 industry-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or Web3.0
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or APF)
