As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to decode megatrends, pioneer breakthrough solutions, and position InnovateTomorrow as the industry's undisputed thought leader. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 foresight reports analyzing technological, economic, and societal disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech applications
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across enterprise operations
- Establish partnerships with leading research labs (MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, etc.)
- Present future-vision keynotes at global conferences and executive retreats
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
- Monitor exponential technology signals and recommend strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (Gartner Hype Cycle, S-curves analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
