Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging societal and industrial challenges
- Produce strategic white papers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D centers
- Present quarterly innovation roadshows to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership on AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic megatrends
