Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into MVPs
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary trend-analysis methodologies
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership pieces
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting techniques
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) preferred
