Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier journals and industry forums
- Drive partnerships with MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum, and NASA innovation hubs
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with Fortune 500 or Big Tech (FAANG equivalent)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of delivering breakthrough innovations valued at $100M+
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience advising UN/WEF on global tech policy frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
