Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and human behavior to forecast 2026 market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future intelligence into product roadmaps
- Author executive briefings and white papers on disruptive innovations and paradigm shifts
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Quantify future opportunities through data modeling and risk assessment methodologies
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and adaptive strategy across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, bio-convergence)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (strongly preferred)
