Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research on emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts impacting the 2026 horizon
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps and strategic plans for long-term business growth

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Economics, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation strategy, futurism, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
