Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, social, and economic trends to forecast disruptive innovations through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable business strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic pivots
- Published research in foresight journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
