Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports translating future trends into actionable business roadmaps
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-proof solutions
- Architect patent-pending innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture emerging opportunities
- Mentor internal 'Future Labs' teams to prototype next-generation products and services
- Present visionary keynotes at global innovation forums to elevate InnovateTech's thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-geographic innovation teams with agile development methodologies
