Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and socio-economic shifts
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops and cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive briefings and board-level recommendations on emerging opportunities and risks
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author white papers and thought leadership content positioning InnovateFuture as a future authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
