Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging markets using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Present trend analyses to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Drive innovation sprints that prototype solutions for future-facing challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
