Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026+ technological forecasts

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry thought leadership forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Author whitepapers and trend reports influencing industry discourse
- Oversee incubation of experimental projects with 5+ year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex interdisciplinary data into actionable strategies
- Published thought leader with 20+ industry presentations/publications
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on multi-year innovation initiatives
