Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop innovation frameworks and roadmaps translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with global teams to co-create future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership content (reports, whitepapers, keynotes) positioning the company as a future authority
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen innovations
- Quantify future opportunity landscapes through data modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., Singularity Summit, World Future Society)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario planning, and backcasting
