Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026+
- Develop quantitative/qualitative forecasting models for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Design innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders to mitigate future risks
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex future narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent
