Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps and innovation frameworks to capitalize on future opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business recommendations and product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and drive continuous improvement of foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology publications
- Experience presenting complex concepts to C-level executives and boards
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, STEEP analysis)
