Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026's biggest challenges (e.g., climate resilience, neural interfaces)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 100+ emerging technologies with C-suite stakeholders
- Design and execute foresight workshops with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their operations
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market disruption potential
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-year+ technology roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like Gartner's Hype Cycle or Deloitte Tech Trends
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex futures into business strategy
