Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual foresight reports on AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead strategic workshops for Fortune 500 clients on 2026 market disruption scenarios
- Design prototype ecosystems for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into patentable innovation pipelines
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategic consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or future studies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Proven experience advising C-suite on tech-driven market transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting foresight projects
