As a key member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global innovation partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing. Your insights will directly influence billion-dollar investments and market positioning for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotech to produce actionable strategic foresight reports
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams on disruptive technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors impacting technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate cross-functional innovation networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology impacts with documented accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology-driven transformation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication mastery
