Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service concepts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and industry trend briefings
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed insights
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Experience facilitating workshops with C-level executives
