Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to map 2026-2030 strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products and services
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into R&D roadmaps
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' industry forecast reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3, clean energy)
- Strong data modeling and scenario-planning skills
- Exceptional communication with ability to inspire C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or tech publications
