Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of implementing trend-driven business transformations
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities
