Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruptive futures and scenario planning
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development strategies
- Present findings to C-suite executives and boards at global innovation summits
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for long-term technology impact assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech convergence, or quantum computing applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Scenario Planning)
- Fluency in English with additional languages highly valued
