- Author quarterly innovation briefs read by Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Design and manage experimental innovation labs with $2M+ annual budgets
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and junior strategists
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate frontier technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 or top-tier consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals (Harvard Sloan, MIT Tech Review)
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready strategies yielding >30% ROI
- Fluency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
