Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and foresight research to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic scenario models for global markets, industries, and societal shifts
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruption forecasts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Present foresight frameworks and recommendations through executive briefings and stakeholder workshops
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive experimental ventures and proof-of-concepts based on future opportunity analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial innovation strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with AI ethics, climate tech, or biotechnology forecasting preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects or published future-oriented research
