Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technology trends, market shifts, and societal transformations through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and mentor a high-impact future-focused research team
- Drive scenario planning for climate resilience, ethical AI, and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience with global trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
