Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop and publish forward-looking strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their business models
- Manage a portfolio of experimental ventures targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) on industry transformation
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published research or frameworks on 2020-2030 technology megatrends
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFS preferred)
