Responsibilities
- Scan horizon signals (tech, policy, consumer behavior) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, energy, and healthcare
- Lead innovation sprints integrating generative AI, biotech, and climate tech solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive audiences through compelling visual narratives
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps with engineering teams
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects launched to market
