Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and societal patterns through 2030
- Develop strategic scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for industry thought leadership
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design and maintain a proprietary foresight methodology and toolset
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Published author or recognized speaker in futurism/innovation spaces
- Mastery of foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
