Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech/societal trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Develop predictive models using proprietary AI-driven foresight platforms
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate future scenarios into strategic initiatives
- Author white papers and executive briefings on disruptive innovation vectors
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Represent Horizon at Davos, CES, and premier futurist forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Expertise in scenario planning and causal layered analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
