Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-disciplinary research on 2026+ technology convergence (quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering)
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business plans
- Author quarterly trend reports distributed to 10,000+ industry stakeholders
- Design and implement proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-driven analytics
- Mentor junior analysts in emerging methodology development
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Published work in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience with multi-stakeholder engagement in C-suite environments
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Millennium Project, SWOT-PESTLE)
