Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) using proprietary foresight frameworks to produce quarterly strategic briefings
- Develop 2026+ scenario models for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions using emerging technologies
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and speak at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact methodologies
- Proven track record translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer) and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
