- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for climate resilience and ethical AI governance
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work paradigms and human-machine symbiosis
- Manage relationships with futurist think tanks, academic institutions, and policy-making bodies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level future strategies with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning and system thinking capabilities with portfolio of published foresight work
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing high-stakes strategic decisions
- Strong network within global futurist communities and innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent preferred
