Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption using advanced AI and behavioral analytics
- Lead cross-functional think tanks mapping societal impacts of quantum computing, biotech, and neural interfaces
- Produce high-impact strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives and innovation boards
- Design and execute global foresight initiatives with MIT, Stanford, and EU Horizon partners
- Curate the annual '2026 Tech Horizon Summit' featuring world-renowned futurists
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 50 partners to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Mentor a cohort of 15+ futurists through our proprietary 'FutureCraft' methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Cognitive Science with 8+ years applied foresight experience
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review (2020-2023)
- Proven track record of implementing 2020+ foresight frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Mastery of predictive analytics tools (TensorFlow, SPSS) and simulation platforms (AnyLogic, Stella)
- Expertise in quantum computing applications and neurotech ethics frameworks
- Fluency in 3+ languages with experience in APAC and EU foresight ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 successful 2020+ technology commercializations
