Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future thinking across organizational strategy
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities
- Advolve leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related strategic discipline
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation initiatives
