Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive innovations in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on macro-trends and their business implications
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and industry evolution
- Advise leadership on long-term strategy pivots and innovation investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant discipline
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
