Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technology and societal shifts
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and impact assessments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Produce thought leadership content including white papers and keynote presentations
- Advise on organizational resilience strategies for disruptive scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of professional futurism, strategic planning, or innovation consulting experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
