Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future scenarios and identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future market needs
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Represent the company at international futurism conferences and forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies and data visualization
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF) preferred
