- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio balancing risk and exponential opportunity
- Mentor junior futurists and build strategic partnerships with MIT/Stanford labs
- Present future vision narratives at industry conferences (SXSW, CES, Davos)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Advanced certification in scenario planning (WFS, APF) or systems thinking
- Proven track record translating future visions into commercial roadmaps
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts and black swan events
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
