Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a multi-horizon strategic foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology) for market disruption potential
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Produce trend intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for product development
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present future-state visions to investors, partners, and industry forums
- Integrate foresight methodologies into corporate innovation processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading cross-geographical strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
