Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead high-stakes scenario planning sessions with executive stakeholders to map future business landscapes
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation investments aligned with 2026 market projections
- Represent QuantumLeap at global futurist conferences and industry symposia
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's strategic foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
